Imagine hosting your next event, retreat, or program at a beautiful lakeside camp with a rich history. Camp Waypoint offers a unique and memorable venue where your guests can connect with nature and each other.

Nestled on 219 scenic acres along the shores of Fort Gibson Lake, Camp Waypoint is our flagship camp, serving the community since 1949. Just 45 minutes east of Tulsa, our property provides a perfect escape from the city.

The camp facility is available for rental from April through November.

FACILITIES & ACCOMMODATIONS

Our facilities are designed to support a wide range of events and programs. We can accommodate groups of 60 to 150 people with overnight lodging.


LODGING

  • 11 heated and air-conditioned cabins

  • Sleeps 12–16 per cabin (up to 150 total)

  • Indoor restrooms in each cabin

  • Tables, most with covered porches & picnic tables

  • Nearby fire rings, shower houses within walking distance

DINING OPTIONS

  • Kitchen Use: Commercial kitchen available (with approval)

  • Catering: Outside catering allowed; partnerships available

  • Self-Serve: Guests may cook using kitchen facilities

ACTIVITIES

  • On-Site: Hiking trails, open fields, fire circles, team-building initiatives

  • Adventure: Pool, rappelling, archery, waterfront (certified staff required)

  • Special Programs: Leadership development, environmental education (by request)

MEETING SPACES

  • Dining Hall: Seats up to 150, full commercial kitchen

  • Outdoor Auditorium: Lake overlook, ideal for gatherings & campfires

  • Tree House & Rustic Rooms: Screened-in, small group spaces

  • Open Meadow & Picnic Areas: Large field for games/events/tents

RENTAL PRICING & LOGISTICS


AVAILABILITY

  • April–November (excluding core summer programs)

  • Year-round reservations, first-come, first-served

PRICING STRUCTURE

  • Large Group (up to 150): $2,000 per 24 hrs

  • Nonprofit Groups: $1,000 per 24 hrs

  • Day Use (no lodging, up to 8 hrs): $500 flat

OUTDOOR EDUCATION & PROGRAMS

  • Staff-led Education: $175 per program block + supplies

  • Team Building Facilitation: $100/hr

  • Guided Hike/Environmental Program: $75/hr

EQUIPMENT RENTALS

  • Watercraft: $25/craft/day (includes paddles & PFDs)

  • Ropes Equipment: $75/block

  • Archery Equipment: $75/block

  • Sports Equipment: $25/set/day

  • Fishing Equipment: $10/pole/day (bait not included)

DEPOSIT & INSURANCE

  • Non-refundable deposit due at booking

  • Liability insurance may be required

  • Remaining fees due before arrival

INCLUDED vs ADD-ONS

  • Included: Cabins, meeting spaces, outdoor areas, trails

  • Add-Ons: Adventure activities, kitchen use, guided programs

DINING & CATERING

  • Full Catering: $175 staffing + food cost (per 50 people)

  • Commercial Kitchen Access: $150/day

  • Outdoor Grill/Fire Rings: Included (wood $5/bundle)

CERTIFIED STAFF

  • $75 per staff member, per 1-hour activity block

FACILITY RENTALS

  • Dining Hall (no kitchen): $300/day

  • Outdoor Pavilion/Auditorium: $150/day

  • Treehouse / Rustic Rooms: $75/day each

  • Meadow / Large Field: $100/day

ADDITIONAL FEES

  • Deposit: 25% of total ($100 minimum, non-refundable)

  • Cleaning Fee: $25/hr, $100 minimum

RESTRICTIONS

  • Alcohol: Permitted with approval

  • Pets: Service animals only

  • Capacity: Max 150 overnight

  • Smoking/Vaping: Not permitted
