The Camp Waypoint Caregiver Association brings together parents, guardians, grandparents, family members, and staff who want to help strengthen the camp experience. Whether you have ideas to share, skills to offer, or simply want to stay connected, there's a place for you.
Together, we'll help ensure Camp Waypoint continues to be a welcoming, transformative place for every camper.
What You’ll Do
Association members work alongside Camp Waypoint staff to:
• Share ideas and feedback about the camper and family experience
• Help plan for upcoming camp seasons
• Support special projects and improvements
• Build relationships with other Camp Waypoint families
• Advocate for the continued growth and success of camp
Every voice matters, and every contribution helps create an even better experience for our campers.
What to Expect
Monthly Virtual Meetings
Connect with other caregivers, hear camp updates, share ideas, and discuss upcoming opportunities.
In-Person Gatherings
Meet twice each year to build community and collaborate face-to-face.
Spend a day at Camp Waypoint helping with hands-on projects that directly support our campers and facilities.
Annual Service Day
Member Appreciation Retreat
As a thank you for investing your time and energy, members will be invited to a special retreat celebrating the community that helps make Camp Waypoint possible.

We know life is busy.
There is no expectation that you attend every meeting or event. Participate in the ways that works best for you. Whether you can volunteer once a year or become an active member throughout the season, your involvement makes a difference.
